They made the wrong sandwiches but tried to tell me thats what I said. I have never eaten ham and egg sandwich. Then they took 17 mins to make me my sausage and egg sandwiches and the muffins were very hard and burned. The cashier girl acted like she was scared of the manager to check on my food and the little Mexican lady suppose to be the manager was very rude. I will never eat at that McDonald's in Elk Grove Ca off of interstate 5 exit Elk Grove Blvd. I work at a Hotel and guest ask me about Mcdonald, I would let them know that McDonald's is NO GOOD AT ALL

Picked the big Mac classic pack. Both my big mac's only had 1 patty each. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me so they were not busy. No excuse for the mistake.

Ordered a happy meal for my elderly mom. Asked for a regular size fry instead of the mini fries served. Person taking order said, "no we can't do that" Disappointing since I've ordered like that before and paid the difference for the fries. 😖
