worst place ever!!! Rude employees and specially the night crew after 2am The latino gentlemen with the long hair mustache and nasty disgusting dirty long nails cursing under his breath at customers sitting around on his phone rolling eyes at customers and the African American woman with short blond hair was the worst manager I’ve ever experienced more incompetent rude employees in my life… most unprofessional place in Elk Grove Over heard them admitting to one another that they will just reuse the old food from returned orders …absolutely disgusting Also they have cockroaches everywhere They poor water all over the floor and it smells like vomit in the drive thru and the distrusting looking gentleman doesn’t use gloves when grabbing fries Whomever the owner/GM is needs to do something they can’t work unattended this job is too hard for them and hygiene is absolutely atrocious

Been going here for years. Watched this place go downhill to the point I WONT GO BACK… night shift is a joke. Had an employee refuse to correct this girls order, but fixed mine? WOW! I have been given excuse after excuse by the manager, who was apparently off on leave. From only ONE employee working to sorry systems down. I think corporate needs to get involved in this failing business! Orders missing items, to 1 HOUR wait times for being the third car? No joke! I timed it!
