This office has the worst customer service. I had a tele appointment scheduled and I didn’t get a link or a reminder like I did for the first appointment. I called the morning of the day of the appointment to confirm. No answer. I left a message and sent a message in the portal. I get a no show fee. I have tried calling over 7 times and 7 messages to reschedule to get another appointment and get my prescription refilled. No response. I requested a refund on the no show fee. No response. This is unacceptable for a psychiatrist office. I would never ever recommend this office to anyone.

I like both Dr. Gardner and Dr. Kim Williams. BUT the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. The rarely answer calls for established patients. The do not respond to messages. It gets worse by the week. If you don't care about your patients, don't be in the business. I have not found any good Psychiatry offices in Frisco. Really disappointing.

Dr. Heidi De Diego is amazing! She listens to me and actually cares. She has helped me and went above and beyond for me. By far I recommend anyone to go to her! I will never choice another doctor after all she has helped me with! Thank you Dr. Heidi!!
