Ambrose Coleman is simply the very best! He is through and knows how to get to the root of what’s out of balance or causing your body an issue. He studies your body and truly listens to what you have to say. I came in with a shoulder injury but it’s the whole body he works on because it all works together and usually it’s weak muscles causing that problem from another area. He’s an incredibly intuitive and extremely talented sports kinesiologist/sports therapist. He hands down understands how the body works/moves and the best way to go about getting you moving and healed. He approaches you with a plan tailored to fit your physical therapy needs not some check list of exercises from a computer. I highly recommend you meet with him and I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

They take care of the root cause of any issue you may be having. Been struggling with back pain for 3+ years (muscle tightness, stress fracture, etc). Seen over 3 orthopedic specialists among other avenues, but none of that compared to IGP Lab. Within weeks we saw immediate improvement and is enabling me to live like was prior to the injury.

Ambros is the best Physical therapist I have ever met. He has as experience working with all type of athletes and age groups. What sets him apart from the others is he takes the time to really listen, has an amazing ability to identify the root cause of the issue and will create a customized plan tailored to your needs to correct the problem. He takes the time to practice the moves with you to ensure they work for your body type. I have not met another PT person who takes the time to do this and who can produce results in a SINGLE session like Ambros CONSISTENTLY does. Ambros is absolutely amazing!!!!

I went there with my coach from Texas A&M Commerce. After doing two surgeries I was having a hard time getting my quads to get back explosive even if the strength was there. I followed and in-cooperated the exercises suggested in my training program and it helped a lot. Thank you so much 💯 was able to get back to where I needed to be and won National championships 💪💯 thanks again

Human movement is complex. We have 200 bones, over 500 muscles to allow our structure to move 3-dimensionally. Muscle imbalances alter movement causing higher amounts of forces to overload muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints leading to pain and injury.
Yes. Injury prevention is a huge advantage. We actually would prefer collecting data while athletes aren't injured.
We have 3 different measurement platforms to obtain data 1) force plates which measure muscular strength and power, 2) motion analysis software to measure ROM, posture, balance and flexibility, 3) strength testing software to measure muscle activation. All three of these platforms allow us to collect and organize an athlete's data.
Great question, but we don't have a crystal ball. Every athlete's body responses to the stress and strain of forces differently. We are aggressive in our approach. We do not believe time heals. It basically comes down to making the proper analysis, following the customized plan and you will be surprised how quickly most injuries turn around.
Each rehab session generally last 40-50 minutes. Always case by case situation. We generally don't focus on time rather on outcomes and results.
The difference is simple, kinesiologists focus on analyzing muscles and movement. Kinesiologists are specialist at identifying muscular imbalances restricting movement patterns producing pain. We incorporate using data to establish a baseline showing which muscles are working, and which muscles need work. We focus on customizing long-term solutions rather short-term remedies.
Depends on the type of injury. Normally we like to see athletes 1x per week. In the case of an ankle sprain, we generally see the athlete 4-5 consecutive days to manage swelling, pain and functional movement patterns.
No, we do not accept insurance. All services are out of pocket expense. We would more than happy to provide you with a statement if you would like to submit one to your insurance company.
The average visit lasts 50 minutes.
