Hands down the worst customer service! They never answer the phone. Continually send text messages that say “sorry I’m busy, please text me” but they never respond to the text messages.

I had a similar confusion initially. When I rented with them there was no office to meet at. They just meet you with the boat near the dock and do paperwork/payment outside.
