Open Skate is when the rink is open but snack bars are closed, there is no DJ but there is some music, and the big fans are running so not all of the building is running the AC. Regular Session has everything going, the fancy lights, DJ, snack bar, etc. If you JUST want to skate, practice your moves, etc then Open Skate is a good time to go.

Well the problem is I live in California and hopped on a plane about an hour after I went skating. I wish I had had time to ask more about what were the quad skates being used for rentals though. I loved them.
