The Lewisville location has easy access and good parking. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Would use them again and recommend to friends.

Worst place to try to make an appointment. They change your appointment without notice and at their convenience. They tried to change my early afternoon appointment to 6am without asking not once but twice, then tried to lie about it on the phone when asked.

Update: i cancelled my appointment and made an appointment with another facility. Touchstone is giving an estimate of $345 for a chest x ray when the other places in net work tells me it’s about $30 with my insurance , and$59 if people don’t have insurance. Touchstone is in net work for my insurance too. . I was totally shocked when I found out the huge price difference. Plus, the other place I made appointment with have very good customer service . If you are a patient like me, please please shop around ! The fact that your doctor sent the order to them doesn’t mean you have to get your imaging done with them. You can get an order and ask price around, especially from local facilities like NorthStar FM. After all, you are the patient and you have the freedom to pick where you want to be cared for. The staff, especially the front desk people, has no compassion to patients. They only care about getting off work quick . They have their nose up, and doesn’t care about how patient feel. Despite how much they advertise they care about pt, they don’t at all.

How pathetic is the front office. The front office needs to be taught a lesson or two about treating paying customers well and showing some empathy. They want you to pay a 100pc of the estimated cost upfront and won’t collect it after billing insurance. Go find a facility that cares about patient’s health and not just about their money. Terrible Terrible facility.
