Would give it 5 stars but buyer beware if u aren’t in the west storage you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to use the RV washing station, same ownership and all but ur denied access to that side to wash your rig! Paying over 220$ a month and not allowed access for an hour to the west lot to wash my rig it’s absolutely ridiculous!

Hey Noel! Yes we have a dump station at our facility. It is free to current tenants but $10 to dump for non tenants. Just give our office a call before you head over 817-337-5554
