I Do not recommend this place!!! Service is bad, staff is all over the place. Went to pick up tux and shirt was ripped and they were going to order another one. Mind you this is 4 days before the wedding. Went back to pick up the ordered one the day before the wedding (not by option that’s when they received the shirt) and they got the wrong size and waited for 45 minutes while they searched for another one. Took it home and assuming they checked everything, noticed it only had one shoe. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Drove to the location again, from Joshua TX, the morning of the wedding and waited at the door till I saw someone in there. Wedding happened and returned the tux on Sunday, asked to speak to someone in regards the mixup and the representative said he couldn’t do anything about it that I had to have said something that day, makes no sense since they had to fix and figure out a solution to their problem. They brought the manager at that was there at the moment and he said he can’t do anything about it but to call the main phone number. All we asked if there was a discount for the inconvenience and gas on all the mistakes they had with our rental since we were driving from Joshua TX. What a headache.
