It’s very frustrating when you drive 35 miles and 52 mins to go to the store to buy a uniform and the store is closed. Online says it is open. Do better!!!

Went for Cookie University and my daughter had a blast. The little retail shop was great to look through and I loved how organized everything was. It was also pretty neat that you get a little history lesson that they had available in their display case that you are able to read through in the lobby area.

Please update your hours not only online but on your voicemail. I have had a disappointed GS twice, not once but twice due to the information you have posted. Your voicemail specifically says you are open Tuesdays and Thursdays and yet, I was just turned away. Last time I didn't call ahead, that one is on me. I get that everyone is trying to navigate through COVID, but keep the troops aware of actual, factual information please.

They have a shop in Fort Worth area 4901 Briarhaven Road, fort Worth TX 76109 and 584 N Kimball, Southlake TX 76092 that is open today from 10:00-4:00. If you are in another area the shops will open back up at 8:00-5:30M-T and F 8:00-11:30 if you go in they have staff that are very knowledgeable and can help you with all yours needs
