It's a nice place to live. It's just the look of more than 3-4 vehicles to one place. As well as the constant grinding and building of the mobile home construction site next door. It's open hours so yes it's constant. Other than that it's home feeling. Just left two months ago. November-April.

Originally when moving in I was told by management I could transfer to another lot as they came available. I went to the office to speak with this new lady in the office about transferring. Office hours are posted on the door and website. But for some reason no one ever answers the phone between those hours. So I walked to the office this morning at 9:10. the office is supposed to open at 9 am. Door was locked so I knocked. The new lady swings the door open and very rudely asks what I need. I ask isn’t the office open? It’s after 9. She reply’s that she has to manage 2 properties so she’s doing all she can. I tell her well I called yesterday around 3 and no one answered then either. She reminds me very rudely that she managed 2 properties. NOT MY PROBLEM!! I manage 4 properties and seem to be able to still answer my phone and be available to all my properties. I was told when moving in I could transfer to another lot but now this rude lady is saying that they Don’t usually allow transfers. What the heck is really going on around here?? HELP!! I’ve paid my rent on a lot that I am now not comfortable being at!

Can I give less than 1 star? This place is over priced for no amenities, no care for the residents, no service, no peace and quiet. Builder of mobile homes on one side ( open working all hours), a gas well on the other with a rock store next to that. Right on the Highway (820), it does have a glimpse of Lake Arlington on the other side but that only adds to the mesquitoes. Managers will not lift a finger to help residents. I came home today to find a large tree directly behind my unit had fallen in the storm. Luckily only part of it ( a small part ) hit my trailor. the manager told me the tree guys would be out tomorrow. When asked what I should do since part of that tree was against my trailer likely to do damage, I was told He did not know, maybe I could go cut it down or call my insurance so my own tree people. Love this customer service. I will be moving as soon as I can find other park in reasonable distance to my work. I have had it with constant price increases, no customer service from the management, lack of property management and just getting a fond "screw you" for my efforts to make this a better place to live. Do NOT stay here if you value your property or your peace of mind.

We have been here for 2 1/2 years. Staying until husband can retire and we move to our home in East Texas...probably another year and a half.
Yes they allow dogs 🐕
There is access, but its overgrown and dangerous, it is a pretty view of what u can see of it
Call the office and leave a message. All their tenants are long term but they have vacancies come up once or twice a month.
Yes.
Sorry I rent here also, I not sure what they have
I have no idea if there's a space there I just used to stay there I stayed there for approximately 3 months and it was fine. It's no resort by any means but it's reasonably priced and the management there the wife and husband are awesome people. They do have a waiting list and that's how I got a spot in the park. It took about a month month-and-a-half to get in though good luck
495.00 month 195.00 deposit and electric
