I am a 100% total and permenant veteran that will be moving back into my home after being out of the country for 5 years, and I had questions regarding my tax exempt status and how long it will take to get it. I talked with Courtney, she was very polite and professional and had all the answers I was looking for and addressed them quickly and politely reassurred me that I would be getting a refund check from TAD, it would just take a little bit of time once my application was approved.
