I recently had a rose arrangement delivered to a friend for her birthday, and prior to delivery I received a text with a picture of the arrangement for review. I noted that it seemed a bit sparse, to me it looked like a grocery store product. After seeing the arrangement in person I was very pleased - it was well done and the roses were even sprinkled with gold dust. The problem wasn't the arrangement, it was the picture I received which didn't accurately reflect what was delivered. So I am changing my review to 5-stars. But perhaps a better choice of pictures would be advisable. Bruce Miller

I used this place for the first and the last time recently. I called to order what showed to be nice Peace Lily for a friends grandmothers funeral. It showed to be $49.99 on line and with a delivery fee, pink ribbon and card it came out to $72. This was reasonable I thought. I made 1 additional & simple request. Since I am in Dallas and wont be attending the funeral I would like them to text me a picture of it prior to delivery. I called this morning to make sure it had been delivered and let them know I had not received the picture. I wanted to see what I had purchased with the ribbon and card. I was told they did not guarantee this (which they should have told me this yesterday) and that they were probably busy and just didn't get around to it. in reality this would have only taken a couple of minutes and you would have had another happy customer. But in this case - I feel that you were just to busy and that my business was not valued enough to go that that one extra step. I will not use them again!

Hello, We ask that all of our walk in customers wear masks. Our sales counter, door handles, etc. are disinfected throughout the day and we have a safety partition in place. We also do no contact deliveries. Our employees temperature is monitored and masks are always worn when speaking with our customers. Employees maintain social distance and safety partitions are in place in our sales office. Take care.
