Wow. Had a bunch of drunks yelling outside my apartment smoking pot ignoring requests to kindly shut up outside my bedroom. Finally call 911. A bunch of drunks with cars and drugs sounds like a police issue. 3 cars come and go. Filled with drunks driving. One comes back. Then the cavalry comes! The police are here! And asking the loud drunks at the address for god damn directions. What a moron. Great detective work.

Leave a very big and obvious note in your purse with her name on it in a bright color. The message of the note should be as brief as it is clear. STOP!
The best thing is to go back and get you a new card, so she won't have the new number on the new card OR CHANGE the pin number on the old card so's she can't take the money out of it..
