Great gym with nice equipment ( free weights, machines and cardio area.). Clean with friendly staff and members. I just joined a week ago and it appears most customers pick up after themselves and I've seen the staff pick up after the few that haven't. Very reasonable rates too!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Great equipment, nice people and the best personal trainer I've ever had! She's fantastic and knows what she is doing. All you have to do is listen and follow her directions and you will see a difference in a few months but feel a difference immediately. I can't wait to go back!

I would check out the website for membership requirements. I know there are high school aged people there working out. Not sure of the liability responsibility. Call them if the website doesn't give you an answer.
