This is not a job too be taken lightly, you have kids, babies, families lives in your hands. These employees need more advanced training, they do not care about what’s in the best interest of the children, they ignore the signs and what witnesses tell them. They can be extremely biased and persuaded. I’ve witnessed them lie & abuse their power! DO BETTER FOR OUR KIDS PLEASE!!! 👶🏿👶🏾👶🏽👶🏼👶🏻💞💫 And to the “Good employees out there” I see you, please keep up the good work. You are very appreciated.💐

Busy but the line goes pretty quick. Everyone was very pleasant. They are bilingual.

I have a expedited case but I've been waiting over a week to receive a call just to hear I needed to turn in information. It was never posted on the portal or sent in mail til after I finally spoke to a representative after business hours. Then I was threatened to call dcf for not having food in my home. I just had surgery and the representative handled me so rude. Representative is suppose to help you resolve issues. This place is the worst of worst don't opt to have a call back from them. They won't call or mail you regarding case. There unprofessional and rude to you. I was told to verify info. Posted it still no call or assistance provided.

Someone who used to work for DCF in Tallahassee who is now a private attorney told me and my wife that we would have our grandchild within 5 minutes if it were not in Brevard County. He went on to inform us that Brevard County had a reputation of being the most corrupt part of DCF in the state of Florida and that we had no chance of taking in our dependent grandchild as he is worth too much to the state. Lies liable slander and manufactured false statements perjury collusion and other crimes are committed by DCF on an everyday basis in order to get what they want. Do not look for help from DCF as they will do nothing but destroy your family and steal your children It is a State supported trafficking business. Steer clear!
