Having spent the last 2 weeks travelling around Florida with my husband and daughter, in numerous camp sites, this one, was by far, the best. With individual bathrooms and showers which provided total privacy, this turned out to be the exception rather than the rule. To add to it, we were on the edge of a gorgeous small lake which had beautiful wildlife and a feeling of serenity while sitting near it. It had all the amenities needed and now, having finished our trip, this was the nicest of all of them.

This camping grounds were clean, calm, peaceful, people were nice and friendly. The bathrooms were in excellent conditions. The Location is what we enjoyed the most because we were with lots of kids. The beach is bicycle distance for adults or kids (a little far for little kids to walk). The beach was amazing, with lots of places to eat and drink.

We stayed in a tent for five nights. The campground was well maintained and the bathrooms were cleaned twice daily. There were no stalls but individual bathrooms which offered a tons of privacy. Great location. Close to the beach and the city. There were stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. The neighborhood and the campground were both very quiet. We will definitely go again in the future.

We weren’t expecting a deep-woods camping experience, knowing that we were in the city but went ahead and booked it because the reviews were great and it was convenient getting to Old St. Augustine. I don’t know where these reviews are coming from. I only gave those two stars because the staff are super friendly, refunded us our money and the bathrooms are well kept. The campsite was so small that we kept tripping over our tent ties on the side closest to our table (left in the picture) and our neighbors tripped on the ties that touched their table (right in the picture). We were backed up right to a business that had a loud repetitive banging noise all night. We didn’t sleep a wink and left after one night. Not ideal for tent camping, especially for such a high price (about $75 per night after charge for each kid and taxes).

What is the cost of these cabins a night/ weekly?I want to know a weekly and monthly cost to rent a cabin this Novrmber, why can't I get a reply? Don't they want business? I can go elsewhere.
Yes they pup at the office just tell them in office
I have no idea you would have to contact the KOA camp ground
You will have to call the office direct to get that information but they are super nice to deal with .
Hi, I'm not sure how long you're talking about but the people are very kind there & if you could talk to someone there about your situation, who knows!? Sometimes people can be very understanding & surprising! Good luck!!😄
You could drive the cart if it is street legal (a low speed vehicle) and had a state vehicle tag (e.g., a license plate). As the other person posted, you have to cross A1A, a divided 4 Lane. There are pedestrian and bicycle paths, but golf carts are not allowed on those.
Rates do vary. Refer to their website for specific dates
It's 3/4 of a mile from the ocean, 15-20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride, or beach parking if you drive. There are lakeside sites available, for about $5 more per night, than non lakeside.
After tax, around $120 and ours had 2 sets of bunk beds in the one room and a double or queen in the main room. There is a window shaker in the one room and built in heaters in both rooms.
They have 30a, 50a, and tent sites. Water and sewer are available at some sites as well. Download the KOA app or use their website to search for sites and their amenities.
It was $84 a night. I don't know about monthly.
Yes

Yes
Yes they do have that I'm just not sure what the cost is
Call the office directly .they are super nice !
People should be able to ask questions here. They obviously know they could all or Google it.
We didn't see them, but we may have missed seeing them.
A cabin close to the lake is 7$ more in total 87$ plus taxes.
I'm not sure if it is what you are talking about but Jax and St Augustine is on a silver spring and that is where we get our water. It has a sulfur smell but the water is from a spring and super clean.
90$. We just stayed last nite in a 30 footer w hook up.
Check with the manager for deals they are worth the money comfy and nice location
Phone the above number staff are very helpful
No jumping pillow. In the KOA campgrounds there is some amenities including a pool, fishing pond and paddle boats. There is a playground and also a dog playground.
Do they have full RV hookup and how much per night for RV site
If you mean a monthly rate in your RV, I believe the answer is yes.
Yes. And there is a small strip off stores next door with a couple good restaurants
If you exit the south end of the KOA, the beach is exactly .9mi. Go out the main North entrance and it's a 1mi walk to the north end of St. Johns Country Beach.
Standard KOA: check-in at 1pm, check-out at 11am unless you arrange otherwise
Yes they do and it is until 6pm and cost depends on type of camping you do.
It depends on whether or not you are tent ⛺ camping, a lodge /cabin, RV, or pull behind,,,,, yiC
