I was greeted and welcomed immediately by a sleep professional/sales representative. I was looking to purchase a specific type of mattress (firm, but still with enough support for the back) and James, the sales Rep who helped me, had me try several options. I was concerned with fiberglass used in foam mattresses and he quickly asked his co-worker to make sure the mattress I was interested in did not contain these materials. All in all, the employees are courteous, friendly and professional. My mattress, along with a few other items I purchased arrived a day later as arranged and was delivered and set up with ease. Top notch service by all.
