This place is never open during its normal business hours. This is the final straw. Finally deciding to leave Citibank. Anyone reading this should consider banking somewhere else.

The worst Citi bank Branch in Bay Area ! I closed my account because of this and chose different bank that close to my house. Every time I visit, only 1 person behind the desk and 1 or 2 tellers. Extremely slow. This branch only good for ATM. Nothing else.

Worse Branch ever. Never more than two tellers. 12 people waiting outside now!!!

During the pandemic, they only have 2 people taking customers while about 12 people are outside waiting in the rain. There's 3 other workers just wandering around. I expect all hands on deck when you have 12 people waiting outside in the rain.
