I originally chose this place because of how many great reviews it had but was extremely disappointed with my experience here to say the least. I had an appointment, waited 1.5hr upon arrival, and the women who was supposed to braid my hair never showed up. I was then asked to wait 2 more additional hours for the women to arrive… I left without getting my hair done. If someone has an appointment, they should not be expected to wait several hours. A complete waste of time.

Attempted to get my passion twist retwisted. I sent a picture via phone to whomever text from their business number. I arrived & was met by a African woman who didn’t seem interested in doing my hair at all. Wasted my gas! This is the 4th time I’ve attempted to come to this salon. Honestly they SUCKKK! Oh yeah, last time my edges came out. If anyone is briading your hair and constantly asking “if it’s too tight” it’s probably too tight. Tight doesn’t mean Job well done.

Goodness gracious, this woman got my cornrows so wrong almost like she was running out of hair, her hand so heavy and painful. Kept saying sorry and made no adjustment. I look like a widow with flesh sticking out of my head, veins visible and extended...yeah took it down 3 hours later....$160 down the drain... What a horror experience...how can a pregnant lady be so rough...I wish I read reviews before going i would have made better choices...I despise this place...one time 3xperience is enough lesson

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!! I can’t stress that word enough please don’t come here & get your loccs did Retwisted or Anything Else The Lady (the pregnant one) First Was Way Too Rough With My Hair I’m Like Damnn Excuse You , Then Proceeding To Do My Retwist She Start Using The Wrong Locc Gel (she used regular grease) NO MA’AM My Hair Is Course (it ate that grease right up) smh so basically long story short short story long I left the shop the same way I came in smh 80$ wasted then it was a 5$ extra fee if you was sending it cashapp . Smh lord help this shop with better workers/owner 🤦🏽‍♀️🤧 .
