My Mother and I set up an appointment with them a days in advance before we arrived. We discussed over the phone what hair styles we wanted before hand. Upon arrival, we were told that they couldn't use the hair we brought, even though it was the exact same brand and packaging. I told them they didn't have the hair color I had, so I had no interest in buying their hair. They said my hair was to long and it wouldn't give me the length I was asking for. I've been getting my hair braided for years and I know how to get the length I want with the hair I bought. I informed them they only have to cut the bundles in half and boom, I get my desired length. Instead of cutting my bundles in half, they haphazardly cut the ends off the bundles to their liking. Not only that, they kept changing the price of the hair while braiding my hair. They also repeatedly asked my mother to change her cornrows to individual boxes braids. At the end, our heads did look nice. However, it's only been a week and it looks well worn. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go.

I always come here when I want my hair professionally braided. Prices have gone up since the last time I was here, but they always do an excellent job. If you call early enough you can get a next day appointment early in the morning. The process usually only takes 3-4 hours. They provide the hair for $20-$30 more, or you can bring your own hair and just pay the base price.
