I really hope someone in charge reads these and makes changes. The broadway location is a far superior experience. The many low reviews are correct about this location. Service is slow and no one seems to care. Store always looks a mess and quality suffers. They even offer less menu items from other locations. I am constantly telling people how good this pizza is but this location consistently falls short. Please fix it, I live in this area and want the store to stay!

I loved this place when it first opened. Great location, delicious pizza, great value. But it has steadily gone downhill. Last night was the last straw. Ordered online and picked up my pizza. It was a spotty 6-inches of undercooked dough randomly covered with pizza toppings. I don’t even know how they felt remotely okay passing this off.

Solid local chain that fires up some decently authentic Napoli pies for the middle of the U.S. Was served by a crew of young gents who had the operation humming even through all the chaos of online orders, walk-ins and my random questions. The biz needs to offer a way to tip via credit card. Thanks fellas!
