Questions & Answers

I can't find the card that shows that I have gotten both of my COVID vaccinations. How can I get a copy or something that shows that I had both of my shots. I got the 1st one in Jan. 2021 & the 2nd one in Feb. 2021 at the Kalkaska Health Dept.

The health Dept has paper work for that just not a copy of those cards. You need this for the CDC.

How will vaccine control coronavirus if I can still spread disease after I have been vaccinated?

That is a question to pose directly to a health care provider. We as a community can not answer a question of that sort with an honest and correct answer.

I believe I seen on the website that if insurance didn't cover it, it was free or they had a sliding scale I can't remember which
