My husband took a tire to them to see if they could fix it/patch it. They told him they found a hole in the side wall, so it couldn't be fixed. Then they tried to sell us a tire for $300+. Thankfully my husband called around and Betten Baker in Cadillac could get us a tire for $192. He made an appointment with them to replace the tire. When he got to Betten Baker, they replaced the tire, but then told him they couldn't find any hole in the side wall in our old tire, just a small hole in the tread where there had been a nail. A hole that probably could have been patched had we known that was all it was. By this point they already had the new tire on, so we just stuck with that. Seems express tire was just trying to make an over priced sale on a tire. We will be sure to never do business with them again.
