I Killed The Wendigo
These people will not do maintenance on broken sinks or clogged toilets and the managers harass the Tenants. I would keep looking for places if youre looking for a place, but these guys do not care about there tenants. You'll be better off at a few different complexes in the area that actually do maintenance on there units.

This place is amazing. Cindy, the apartment manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had absolutely no issues with applying for, and obtaining a unit. Richard, the maintenance dude, is always a pleasure to speak with, and repairs are finished when promised. The apartments and the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the clubhouse is a wonderful place for parties. Keep up the awesome work!

We went to apply for this apartment community and the lady told us she had a apartment ready for us and everything. we filled out our apps. and gave them to her and it took her over a month and a half to start anything with them and when I gave her a call to check on the status of our apps. she said that she has not gotten to them cause she was busy. Come to find out she gave away the apartment she garneted us. That was not the only problem. we waited another month for the next apartment she said it would be ready the first of the month and then she said that it would be ready the 15th, when I told her she said the first she denied saying that at all. then she said it will be ready the first of the following month. not only that but she made my husband quit a job (thank god he was able to get it back) she told him that we would not be able to move in if he was working both jobs. and on top of that she first said that my cats where fine cause I was unable to get their shot records cause they came from a private shelter and she said that no proof was necessary and that I would be fine. she kept saying that the whole time and three weeks before we were planning on moving in she said NO NO NO I never said that, I would be stupid if I did. well guess what hunny your stupid. she sat their and told me to find proof after calling the shelter and their vet I got no where. and called her back and told her I couldn't and she said that I had to or I couldn't move it. I knew they got their shots cause my oldest cat nearly died from one. and she said that I had to go get her done again. I asked her "so you want me to go get my cats their shots again and risk them dyeing?" she said "yes" not only that but she made us believe that their was someone trying to take our apartment away from us and that if we put down a 200 dollar holding fee that it would be ours for sure. at the end there was no way to please her and get her what she wanted. so I gave up and told her to refund us our money back and not to worry about the apartment and to give it to the people who need it. she said that she is not refunding my money cause I wasn't doing as she asked even though I was. and she hung up on me. she was very disrespectful through the whole process and lied to us every step of the way. It was hard for her to remember anything and honestly I think she should lose her job and that place hire someone who can remember things. she is just a waste of money for the company that owns those lovely apartments. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get in by a dead line or who want to deal with honest people. o and don't try to contact the main office cause they never answer their phone and even if you do leave a message they will not call you back. DISHONEST COMPANY
