I have been a client for a few years. Today, the heat must have gotten to him and based upon the time frame of his other “1 star” reviews, he must not handle the Florida heat very well. LOL. sad too. He was rude, short and irritable from the moment I walked inside. And became quite annoyed when asked to fix my left sandal, after fixing my right sandal just a few months ago (with no feedback, challenges or issues with the quality his workmanship.) I was then informed my shoes are “old as sh*t”! Yes he actually said that! (Which they aren’t.) And he was not comfortable with working with me, and said take my business elsewhere!

I've used Custom Shoe Repair and Cleaning for 17 years. Ken and his wife are always courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. One time they fixed my purse and the other strap broke 2 days later, I was going out of town and they fixed it FAST so I had it for my trip. Don't throw away shoes, have them resoled. Do you have Birkenstocks? They are an official Birk repair shop.
