I called ahead to make sure I have the correct documents. I arrive to my appointment and they say I don’t have my documents printed correctly and they did not disclose on the phone that I would have to pay with check or money order. I called to be prepared and they could not prepare me accordingly. Now that my appointment time is gone I have to wait in the walk in line. Thanks Orange County for consistently waisting my time.

They are biased. I have seen persons being placed in front of others because of friendship! Avoid this place !

They get you in & they get you out...

I have been to this location twice and it is never crowded. Each time I have been seen within 5 minutes of checking in to the kiosk. Be sure to make an appointment online for quick service. It took less than 10 minutes to get a marriage license. You can also have a wedding ceremony here. The location is quiet and not very busy, so having a ceremony here may be a better alternative to the downtown location. The room is pretty small. There is a decorated arch for pictures. You can exchange rings and write your own vows, or just follow the script provided by a deputy clerk. Ceremony is 30 dollars and quick.
