They make it very hard to get out of a contract. You essentially have two options. Either pay rent every month until your lease is up, or you have to pay the rent until someone is able to move into the apartment you were in. On top of having to make a payment double the rent to break the contract in the first place. When you're getting ready to wrap up a lease, you have a time limit on telling them whether you're staying or not. Plus they painted the doors an ugly burnt orange color. The apartments themselves is blue. It's not appealing to look at. There is so much more I want to complain about, but it would be a long list.

Used to be a beautiful community but since new management took over, it’s looks very cheap. The new paint job is horrible. The building is a gloomy blue and the doors are a hideous orange. Such a contrast to the roof. The gates are barely working, landscaping is horrible. Just a mess. If management reads this, please repaint ! Read the community board, we all HATE IT.

The first day we moved in, there were notices on the doors for noise complaints. I SEE WHY. This is not ‘normal’ apartment noise, these are things that could be addressed. We reached out to management about the inconsiderate man above us. He has coughing fits every hour, wakes us up with them, and doesn’t even attempt to cover his cough/gagging fit. We were brushed off- told to call the police, and then our complaint was closed. He also shouts periodically on the phone, slams doors, and drops things daily. We need to move our bed to the living room because it is exhausting to be waken up when he wakes up at 5am and plays his music while getting ready. We hear echos of a toddler crying around the clock. Kids also left unattended outside, shrill screaming and climbing on the outside of the balcony rails. They dribble basketballs up and down the 3 flights of stairs while blowing noise makers. We frequently hear the dumpsters from the trash collectors thumping down all flights of stairs, literally noted this happening at midnight. We have been here for one month and cancelling the lease. BIG waste of time

Visited the property this past weekend and the property is beautiful! Very well kept And the amenities were amazing!! Marillia was very welcoming and very happy to finally meet in person! She has been very patient during the application process and very communicative!! Hoping for good news and finally be able to find our future home. Overall a beautiful location and property!!!

Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. Applicants at Park Place at Maguire have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements.
