Totally untrustworthy and horrible patient care. I just called the emergency room because I am having bad abdominal pain that woke me up at 5:30 am and is not decreasing. I haven't needed anything other than routine medical care for the 6 years I have lived in Boulder and didn't even know where to start looking for help. Urgent Care doesn't open for a couple hours. I asked how to know whether I should be worried enough to go to the ER or wait for Urgent Care to open. The woman I spoke to, I am assuming either a nurse or front desk staff, was just rude and sarcastic throughout the entire brief conversation. She told me nothing, was sarcastic and condescending that I was even asking for help, didn't care at all what happens to me, and our conversation alone made me not trust this hospital or feel comfortable going there for care. Maybe there is somewhere to go in Denver? The U.S. Medical Establishment is completely broken, and this particular woman needs to get into a different industry because she is the last thing anyone with an actual medical issue needs to deal with when seeking help...

TALK ABOUT RUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I showed up for my MRI appointment on time. I stopped at the main desk to simply get directed to Imaging. I had a double mask on but the receptionist demanded I put another mask over my mask. She also demanded that I call a number to check in / pre register and would not even tell me where imaging was located. I called the number she requested and no one answered for 15+ minutes. I was told by this receptionist that I was not allowed to go to imaging unless I stayed on the phone and preregistered. As I could not get anyone to answer, I left and did not get my MRI. I will never go there again.

I was brought in by ambulance a week ago. The ER staff was excellent. I have been to this hospital many times over the years and I can only rave about the care I get. I had stroke like symptoms, but it was a complicated migraine and not a stroke. The staff has always been competent, caring, and compassionate. As scary as my situation was I felt at ease knowing I was in the best hands possible!!!.

It truly varies. For lab work, it's usually 5-15 minutes. For ER admission I've been multiple times and it varies from 20 minutes to 2 or 3 hours. Avoid Friday afternoons if your medical need isn't a true emergency.
We just had one done here, and Bryant was amazing! We won't go anywhere else from now on.
Yes, there is a speech therapist on staff at that hospital.
