No, can only renew with existing license unfortunately

we just moved from Utah to CO and need to get our driver license and license place switched. is this the place to do both?

At this time, Denver County is not participating in the kiosk program. Vehicles registered in participating counties may be renewed at any kiosk in the state. Please see comvexpress.com for a list of all participating counties and kiosk locations.
