the massive amount of gaslighting reminded me of my ex husband. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Kat Pierce had the social attributes of Attila the Hun. After receiving mail at my address for over twenty years, my address was marked VACANT. Over a month ago, I filled out a green form stating my property was not vacant, left it in my mailbox, I received no mail. After having me wait for almost 15 minutes and being notified by a clerk twice, Kat Pierce came to the counter in a huff, actually looking angry. I told of this miss-marked vacancy problem and she asked a flurry of questions that I answered, stating I had been receiving mail regularly through mid July and that within the last month I’d completed the green form and left it for the carrier. She accepted none of my explanations, implicitly saying I had not been taking my mail out of the box for a year, then 6 months …then a week. I was the problem after 20 years. The form I filled out was, probably, taken by a substitute and not turned in. I was the problem. Never a “sorry” or any word of looking into the matter or anything. She gave me some yellow forms and told me to “use these if you’ll be gone for a week or more”. When I asked a question about what staff would do, she snatched the forms back and held them to her chest. I asked for them back. She said “File a complaint” twice. I will. My ranking would be subzero for her.

They don’t answer. My packages have been weeks late. Letter not even coming. There was a whole week this summer they refused to deliver mail. Horrible post office. No one has to work there considering they never answer if you need help.

Had a huge problem with delivery, seems to be fixed now. The lady at the window was very nice.

can I have someone at the post office forward all my mail to me?
Yes you can.
No. Just basic shipping supplies and greeting cards, gift cards.
Adam Schriber......He has to have your key. If you have something certified sent to you that has to be signed for......his name has to be listed on your application for you P.O box. So basically, nothing certified or nothing that has to be signed for or show I.D for. Regular mail.....yes. I asked my husband Chris, he is the window clerk manager downtown Traverse. Hope this helps!
Only if signature is required.
Yes
The only # I have (I'm a carrier) is an internal one. But I will let a supervisor know. Thanks for the info.
