I get my mattresses from the same factories that make the mattresses for the famous brands. The Brand name companies are not manufacturers. They contract production from numerous mattress factories throughout the country. Any factory can make any style or quality of mattress. It all comes down to what components are used. The Brand Names do NOT have any proprietary component that make a mattress a good one. All Brands have low quality up through the best quality. It is not the that makes it good - it is the components that are used. All factories have access to ALL the components. Accordingly, all factories produce a 'house brand' in addition to making mattresses for the 'brands' so that they can always have a steady production. I am the only dealer that gets 'factory house brands' in Northern Michigan. I have all qualities from budget up to the best of the best - BUT, they are cheaper because they aren't sold through the Brands. PLUS, I am a one man business with low overhead
