I want to thank the staff of the Enterprise Rent a Car in Riverhead for their professionalism. None of the other locations had the vehicle I wanted to rent and not only did the Riverhead location have it there, but they held it for me until I was able to get there. So, for that, they get high rating for being accommodating. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. As soon as they found out the date I had to return the rental from my car insurance company, they were in contact with me immediately. Establishment was clean and presentable. I am extremely satisfied with the way they handled everything for me from my initial phone call to when I dropped off my rental on its due date. Thank you guys!

What a bunch of nasty lowlifes. Lie to you for days and weeks .. cust service is the WORST . Nobody has any idea what they r doing … Don’t waste your time and money they have done this for past few years. Very dirty and smelly too while nastily Mansplaining … good luck team! Who would Want that job anyway when u have to lie all day long !
