Cozy little gym with a good mix of machines and free weights. Just enough to get a decent workout. The staff is super friendly. Stretching area and changing area are a bit limited.

Its ok but just. Its a hit or miss to find a working stationary bike. If you do there is no place to set your water or phone. The equipment doesn't seem to be maintained and when it does finally break it can be several months for it to get repaired. An example is the ab machine. It needs oil or something. I've seriously considered bringing WD40 because it has harder pull on the left and minimal pull on the right. Its extremely small and since they moved some of the machines aren't in the gym. Bathrooms are small and having an option to shower would be nice but I get its a luxury at the bigger gyms. Until something opens up closer this will have to do.

The Gym is just that...a gym. It's got everything needed for an outstanding workout, or fitness routine. Additionally, the classes offered by them are well thought out and taught by certified, experienced and knowledgeable staff. Speaking of staff, well, they're top notch, approachable, knowledgeable and understanding. They can assist you with all your questions, routines, programs, health and nutrition. Highly recommend them to all age groups. Great job Jeremiah, Jill, and Tracy. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is a pretty basic gym, but they have everything that you need. There are lots of free weights, etc., and the lady that runs the place is very friendly. It's not a hardcore gym (as you can see by the attached photo), but I had a great experience there and will be back next time I'm in Show Low.
