Mark Kaiser is the General Manager who charges clients for not picking up the car during winter storm!!! Everything in Texas was closed from 2/15/2021 - 2/22/2021. On 18th they were closed! And they have charged $35 for each day after 2/22 ... They are thefts after auction one has 3 days to pick up the car! I’m considering those 3 days count should start on 22nd of February when the state (Copart) became operational.
