The older guy has a real bad attitude and when I asked him for the phone number to the point tx post office he told me that he couldn't look it up for me. Then I proceeded to say isn't that your job to help customers at which point he hung up on me. This is the 2nd time he has been rude and or nasty towards me. Something needs to be done about this guy

Depends on size of box. We have a large one that is between 60 and 70 every six months. Hope that helps.
They will replace it and the lock but it going to cost about $20
