Why don’t you issue rain checks anymore? Is it because you don’t want to support your ads if so why not advertise while supplies last? A rain check was a good way to get the customer back to shop again, buy more product.
The absolute youngest is 15 years old, but there are very strict rules about the length of time and jobs you can do. 16 if you want to work on the front end or as a stocker. If you want to work in a fresh department (meat market, produce, deli/bakery) you generally have to be 18 since they are considered 'hazardous'.
