All users need to see this... Hot shots to construction workers to long haul to roofers.... Big tex, has gone big corporate. Buy a 25 thousand dollar trailer..get 200 miles plastic caps cracked, inside tires out oil had dumped out leaking.. Guys sitting on highway 18 hours with new $150k machine on it... Big tex says sorry for all this its covered under warranty go have it fixed! I tell them 13 min away there is a exact duplicate trailer get my guys on the road again.... They say we'll no, that's not protocol... Well protocol is taking care of your customers. Sold a lemon trailer! Bahhaha.... Terrible... Big tex .... Everyone needs to review their trailers and quality asap.... Show them the customer is what paid your bills last week.

no answer tried all lines, I guess they closed, left messages. Local dealer isn't cooperative doesn't have any trailers wants a deposit with no lead time so I tried to called factory address no answer. LGB

This place is great. I have bought 2 trailers from Big Texs in Mt. Pleasant. The lady at the front desk was nice and the saleman Was very helpful. He gave me a ride in the cart to look at the trailer and let me pick the one I wanted. There was very little wait time and I was out the door with a new trailer in less the 45 minutes. A+
