The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites were all exceedingly helpful in every way to accomodate(on short notice) our large group of family and friends, gathering to celebrate the life and memory of my brother. We all appreciate the attention to detail and cooperation which made this sad occasion bearable.

Family has stayed there and they have not complained. Odd barn door to the bathroom does not provide a lot of privacy. 3.5 stars since the rooms are clean

We were evacuated from our home over the weekend due to the fires in Louisville. The general manager, Aaron Mascarenas was very compassionate and accommodating. The hotel was clean, service was very good and the breakfast was very much appreciated and continually replenished. Thank you for your accommodations!

We need a place to stay in vicinity of Boulder, Colorado. Obviously, this hotel is ~20 minutes from central Boulder, so "in proximity" is a bit loose. CU Boulder move-in weekend resulted in lack of hotel availability in Boulder, as well as highly inflated rates. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Due to COVID restrictions in this region, the breakfast bar was more limited than normal. The very helpful breakfast attendant serves you, but overall selections are limited. The rooms are above average for a Hampton. The bathrooms were clean and nice, and the A/C unit was relatively quiet (although the wall controls are disabled, so you have to adjust the knob on the window unit). Even the hallways and breakfast area have a pristine appearance.
