$$ per person. Good pizza, excellent salad. Pasta was good. Deserts are fantastic. Polite and professional staff. Known it was there for sometime. Did not know they offered gluten free pizza.👍

New Order from August 17, 2021: Palio's Pizza Cafe always impresses us. We ordered for pick-up, and everything we ordered was delicious and neatly packaged. The customer service we received was great. The staff was quick to retrieve it — we also noticed that they do almost everything in-house, keeping it fresh. That is definitely a plus for us! We ordered three pasta dishes (Chicken II Palio, Chicken Parmesan, and Baked Pasta Arrabiata) and one Cannoli (Chocolate). All of the pasta dishes were delicious. Each was given a side of Cheese Bread, a slice of homemade bread with garlic butter, Italian herbs, and mozzarella. It tasted quite fresh and delicious — a plus is that it wasn't as salty as other cheese or garlic bread I have had. The Chicken II Palio consisted of roasted chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts with alfredo and fettuccine. If you love alfredo, you should definitely try out this dish — it was moist and seasoned very well. The blend was definitely good. The Chicken Parmesan consisted of spaghetti and marinara. The chicken parmesan was absolutely delicious while the spaghetti and marinara tasted the same as any other spaghetti and marinara. The Baked Pasta Arrabiata consisted of italian sausage, roasted chicken, mushrooms, onions, and sundried tomatoes with penne, spicy marinara, and alfredo. This dish had a great blend — everything tasted great together. It was my first time having Cannoli, and it was amazing. To give you an idea how amazing it was, 1/3 of us absolutely does not like sweets, but he LOVED the Cannoli — of course, if you don't like sweets, you should still try out their Cannoli! If I had anything remotely bad to say, I would recommend not having too much sauce in the pasta(s). This is definitely a preference from 3/3 of us. Aside from the Baked Pasta Arrabiata, the Chicken II Palio and Chicken Parmesan had a lot of sauce. Of course, this is just our preference. An idea would be to include an option on Door Dash to pick the amount of sauce the customer would like to have on their pasta — with the amount of sauce we received being labeled as 'heavy'. In addition to this, it would be nice to pick our own pasta. In this instance, I had the Chicken II Palio with fettuccine, all while preferring penne. The same happened with the person who ordered the Baked Pasta Arrabiata — he had a preference of fettuccine. Either way, I will definitely return. Palio's Pizza Cafe has definitely won us over for their pastas and most definitely, their pizzas. ————————————————————————————————————————— It was our first time trying Palio's Pizza Cafe, and it was definitely worth it. Everything, from the food to the customer service, was perfect. Location: The location was easy to find. It's in a nice area with plenty of parking. Food: We ordered 2 Large Pizzas (Sausage & Pepperoni and Artichoke Hearts & Fresh Basil), Breadsticks, and a slice of Lemon Cake. Everything was delicious — The pizza and breadsticks were baked to perfection, and they weren't too heavy. The lemon cake tasted pretty good, too. Overall, we enjoyed everything we ordered here. Price: We used a coupon — $25 Family Meal/Dinner for everything listed above — for carryout. Glad to say, it was definitely worth the price. To give a simple perspective, the cheapest you can get Domino's or Papa John's for would be around $8-$9 for a large pizza — their carryout deal. The prices are fairly equivalent, but Palio's Pizza Cafe isn't heavy or salty. Customer Service: We carried out, but the moments we did interact with Palio's Pizza Cafe's staff was great — no complaints here. Overall, I would definitely visit Palio's Pizza Cafe in Azle, TX again. Everything was perfect!

Quiet place to eat lunch, warm atmosphere, and staff was helpful. The pizza was very delicious you can't go wrong with roasted fresh veggies.
