As a professional and local business person with a multi-million dollar portfolio, and after 10 years of banking with Valley Bank in Palm Beach, who never did a thing for me, it was time to seek out a new bank. A Palm Beach Bank who wanted to create a relationship and one who could potentially read between the lines. I thought First Republic could fit the bill, but how wrong I was. It was a fiasco from the beginning, then the excuses and lies came. When challenged they responded with more lies. They even claimed to have filed a complaint on my behalf, without even showing me my alleged complaint. I requested a talk with the CEO and of course they probably never passed it up the chain.Stay tuned.

I never thought I would be so compelled to write a review about a bank...but here I am. First Republic assisted me in refinancing my grad school student loans at an unbeatable rate. The customer service is truly a step above remarkable. If you are in the Palm Beach area and searching for a bank that will truly go above and beyond to serve you, this is it.

I went to FRB today to fund my checking account in order to qualify for their student loan refinance options. I chose FRB because not only did they have the lowest interest rates I could find anywhere, but they also offer great banking perks like no ATM fees anywhere and reimbursement for any fees charged. I was greeted by the valet attendant who was warm and welcoming and walked me to the banker I had an appointment with. I met with Danny and he was friendly and knowledgable. He made the process quick and easy and answered all of my questions. I had already done most of the paperwork for my student loan refinance before coming into the bank with Craig and subsequently received an offer for a welcome bonus in the mail. Danny was quick to review the offer and ensure that the proper people were notified to make sure my bonus was granted. I instantly received a debit card and a folder full of paperwork with all of my account information. After answering all of my questions, I was given a delicious box of freshly made cookies, an umbrella, and a cold bottle of water on the way out. FRB boasts a white-glove banking service and this is truly what I received today. I feel confident knowing that any of the bankers and refinance specialists are available via phone or email when any questions arise. Thank you for making a process smooth that can be very overwhelming!

Last week I had the usual exceptional service from the parking greeter as well as the staff at FRB but when I returned to my car it would not start.The parking assistant took charge,had three different staff members try to jump my battery to no avail,and then made arrangements with a towing company and my service station where it would be towed to.All this was while I waited inside in AC with coffee and cookie.This type of kindness in these days of robotic customer service truly restored my faith in humanity and made me a FRB fan for life.

I would take it and invest it in Acorns or Robinhood app. All they would do is use your money and lend it to other people and offer you around 1% interest. It would be better to invest it yourself.
Honestly dont know. What o do know is apart from bank branch availability they have surpassed all expectations
