A quick hike good for all ages. All you need is a decent pair of athletic shoes and water. It does get steep so prepare for a good workout.

If you took longer than 30 minutes with the smallest kids, you'd be crawling :) It is uneven terrain so with a large group you will add time but there are path lines to follow and a plateau about a third of the way up if you had to pause. Our family of six with the youngest being a second grader made it up in 15 minutes.
Probably .5 mile. It is short but a great cardio. Some go up 2-3 times!
