We submit claims for patients and patients generally get reimbursement on all dental insurances. Many of our patients have this type of insurance. However we are only "in-network" with Cigna PPO and Cigna PPO subsidiaries, so there could be additional out of pocket costs when using other insurances. Additionally, HMO plans require you to visit an "in-network" provider to receive any benefit/reimbursement. If you have an HMO plan here, sadly your costs would be 100% out of pocket. We do accept most dental insurances, but are in-network with only Cigna PPO. Meaning we will submit to your insurance to maximize your benefit so that it will not be lost, but depending on the procedure, you may have additional out of pocket costs.

Hi Ruiji, we will submit any treatment to Aetna directly on your behalf to maximize your benefits. That being said, we are not "in-network" with Aetna, and for some dental procedures there may be an additional out of pocket cost. Your costs and benefits may vary significantly based on the plan you are enrolled in. Our office will work with you so that there is 100% clarity on the costs and reimbursements associated with your dental treatment.
