Places are nice kept in great shape everyone keeps to themselves and cameras are all over the buildings to keep everyone safe. Staff is friendly and landlord is willing to work with tenants when rent is unable to be fully paid the first of the month with reasonable accommodations. Drug use used to be bad until the current landlord took over and she has turned this place around for the better.

Landlord is great so helpful goes beyond her own job to help the community. Nice apartments well kept and clean reasonable price great park.landlord has such a big heart it u can tell she put love into her job and her apartments hard to find people will be so helpful always fixes any issue great maintenance staff .

ok this place is BAD so constant drug deals,glass,kids with wepons and bad people
