Wow. I have never experienced anything like the service I received this morning. No apology, no concern. Ordered on the app for 6:30 pick up. My husband went for the order and when he arrived was told the order was discarded because they were not open yet. She said she refunded it. She did not. I called to ask if I could pick up the order. I was told it would an hour. When I told her I ordered online with the app she told me that the order is not available. She couldn't refund it because they are NOT affiliated with the app. She said I would need to call the # on the app. No #. Just an email. I won't hold my breath. What?? How? So now$ I spent on my cc will not be refunded. What a crock. So now I sit here hungry, needing to go back to bed. You guys stink! Bad! **Edit:funny never heard back from corporate. Went in today. Was served ICE COLD hash browns, guess they thought it was funny to over heat them to the point of pure mush.

Went to pick up my order that I had place this morning to be ready at 6:40 and there was a sign on the door that says that they were not going to let anybody in until 630. Me and several other people were outside waiting to get in and the lady was refusing to let anyone in or deal with anyone's order until 730 because that is when they opened regardless of the sign that they had already posted on the door. And I had told her that I could see that my order was on the table and if she just wanted to hand it to me then she could and then at least I would be on my way but she still refused.

Like always, Einstein Bagels is my favorite bagel shop. I really liked the staff here, i visited the store when it was extremely busy, but staff handled it very easily. I have seen some store managers getting tensed in the past in other stores when its busy. The store is decorated good too! I have experienced a good morning mood, but the cleanliness should be improved. This store is closed for dining, there were boards on the tables stating so. But there is food on the floor that needs to be cleaned. The only reason for reduced rating is cleanliness. Its really important in the present times to clean and keep the restaurerà hygiene. There were sanitizer bottles that are empty, and spilled coffee at the entrance. That might be just spilled and un-noticed by the staff yet but i have waited for my order for 15 min and reported the spill twice. No one cleaned it!!!!

I only gave 1 star for the opportunity to post my terribly disgusting, dissatisfying and over charged food I've ever had here. Doordash driver got here quick, not surprised my location was a hop skip and a jump away. Not a problem with them as I tipped 25%. My issuse were not being able to add or subtract toppings on my bagel sandwich. In such i ordered a tasty Turkey which has been my go to for year's now. This time around i wanted to add bacon and avocado but there was no option to do that, nor was there for no onion toasting the bagel or adding cream cheese. Soo, ended up ordering the plain old tasty turkey, plus had to buy a separate avocado toast on a "bacon" jalapeno bagel...this is what I got. A jalapeno only bagel, 0 bacon smeared only partly with nasty brown old avocado. The tasty turkey I couldn't even eat it was so rotten and thrown together. Not even a coating of cream cheese, 1 piece of turkey and here's the kicker, rotten brown gummy like veggies and a nice curly little hair.🤮. $32 bucks for all this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!
