It's been 2 years now I've had my home. It at first was a very exciting and wonderful experience. The homes were affordable and I really needed a place for my family. They were somewhat timely getting my home together n ready where we needed it. However i had to frequently resend paperwork that was "lost".... They were hard to contact to fix. When things were fixed they were not done well. Most broke again. Under cabinets was left undone, molding and door ways popping off.... My doors themselves will not latch correctly. My cabinet in my kitchen is seperating from the wall, you can see the joints under the carpet, they had to fix the shower door several times until they finally replaced it, and my "all weather" piping to my hose cracked even under the insulation, along with pipes freezing .my warranty has been over, which they seemed to drag out fixing issues until it was over... So here I am 2 years kinda "stuck"... I wouldn't buy there again. They lost our future business because we had planned to buy from them again when our land was ready. This was my first home buying experience and I'm scared for future buying now!
