The room and hotel were a great fit for our 2 night stay. It was very clean in the room and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the breakfast bar was good. I was very pleased with the customer service. Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great! Also Penny was very helpful too. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hot tub was super hot n felt excellant but was dirty n had hair floating in it. Nice clean lobby and room was good though. The night manager was very sweet and helpful. Pool was cold n refreshing. They have excellent coffee and lemon water ! They have a nice fitness room.

Super comfy beds (although pretty soft). Great pillows. Great water pressure. Fun pool. Only reason not 5* review is because it has the worst view off any hotel I've ever stayed. A 50' tall pile of wrecked cars is your view. But inside? Great.

The lady that checked us in did not seem interested in helping much and was short with us, and as we unloaded our stuff she left for the day. I guess she was counting the minutes until the end of her shift when we walked up. She wasn't rude, just not pleasant. The other staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Our room window faced South which is important because there is an unsightly recycling center on the North side. Our room was humid and smelled like mildew, but was otherwise clean. The rest of the hotel was clean and well decorated. The lobby is welcoming and feels more like a resort lodge than the typical waiting room. The breakfast offering was much better than most LQs I have been to, and believe me, starting the day with a hot meal makes a huge difference when traveling. Overall, we had a decent experience. I would stay here again.
