It feels so great to finally be back at Kalispell. We waited two long years due to the pandemic. Staying at Holiday Inn Express made the experience exceptionally wonderful for our family. The staff at the front desk (Rebekah, Clyde and Katrina) were super accommodating and friendly. Our room is spacious, well-maintained and spotless! Housekeeping did an excellent job. The ladies that ran breakfast were amazing. They went over and beyond and took care of the guests like family. Food was exceptional. Our kids enjoyed the pool and clean towels are always available. To top everything, the hotel’s location is perfect! Everything you need is 2-3 minutes away. Would highly recommend!

We stayed a weekend here and had a great experience. Front desk staff were amazing and super helpful and pleasant. The morning breakfast was also great. Our room was nice, clean and quiet.

City 360 Tours

2nd time we stayed here and it was nice both times. Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, and the perfect location to town as well as a short drive to Glacier Park, Big Mountain ski, and more. Breakfast is pretty good as well. The heated pool is a treat for the cold winter days.

We stayed here from November through about half of January while selling and buying a home. I left a review for the beginning part of the stay and this is my final review. The staff was polite, professional and even kind sometimes. There was one issue with housekeeping but the management did take care of it. I commend them for their patience. In the beginning the food was plentiful and varied, lots of healthy proteins. But a month or so in and the quality and selection dropped slowly more and more until at the end we were hardly eating breakfast there anymore. There are supply issues right now, so it probably isn't their fault but I have to mention it. As for the water, I have eczema so we MUST have a water softener or my skin really breaks out. This hotel was supposed to have a water softener but after a month staying there, I can verify 100% without any doubt that the water is HARD. Some of the hardest water I have ever experienced, actually... It needs to be fixed, immediately. Those like us with eczema need to know this information when choosing a hotel so I am mentioning it. The room itself was comfortable and 4 of us, with 2 cats and a bird, managed it pretty well (we had a suite). I definitely recommend the hotel.
