I’ve gone through Villa Direct for years and this year has been horrible!!! I will never go through them ever again!! Our Ac unit is not working properly, the plumbing upstairs and downstairs has been backed up for days. They have sent a few ppl out to work on both problems but nothing has changed. I’ve actually had to gather up my grandchildren in one room so they can sleep with a fan which was provided by the homeowners, I guess. It’s so freaking hot in Fla. and you mean to tell me I have to stay in a house that or 82 degrees!! All I want is some of my money back so I can take my family to a hotel where we can sleep comfortable .

Not all of them do. There is 1 home completly ADA called Mickey Haven. It is a 6 bedroom home located in Acadia Estates. Otherwise, there are some other homes and town homes that have walk in showers and have at least 1 bedroom on the bottom level if needed.
Hi Jai, at offices are open 7 days a week, so making a payment is the same as any other day, please call the reservations department, who will happy to take a payment.
Pool heat is charged on a daily basis and depends on size of pool. The daily price ranges from $25-$45. Please remember pool heat is generally only required from 31st-October to the 31st-March.
The office is open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM every day excluding holidays.
