My first experience here was great, the owners were very nice but this recent experience tonight wasn’t.This was $75 dollars and nothing else was done, I heavily think I was overcharged when I was told it’d be around $40-$50 but even still they’re not really long to be as expensive. My nail tech was rushing them bit, took his time at the same time but he was rude and his attitude wasn’t the best. I don’t know if a refund is possible but I’ll be calling to see if I can do anything.

All three stars go to the nice lady there and the older owner/manager, they are very nice and welcoming and helpful. My experience with the nail tech is not so great, he minimally communicated with me and was not able to understand my request. I understand there might be a language barrier but he was way better when I was trying to figure out how to give him a tip. You can probably get nice plain nails there but don’t expect to have nail art/design that’s well-done. I have a reference photo for him and frankly he still butchered the design for $60. $20 for a manicure(less than decent), $10 for each design. One of the nail art also scraped off 4 hours after the visit. Two of my fingers have smudges all over the bottom.
